Each Path 13-day Program costs $145, which provides you with daily tools and Yoga practices. After your journey finishes, you can choose to become a Member for $11 a month to keep your access to all your materials.

If you choose to cancel your Journey within the first 4 days, you will be eligible for a full refund. Monthly Memberships can be canceled at any time.

We all come from a variety of backgrounds and have different goals and needs. That’s why we customized four programs that you can choose from, depending on your personal journey. They focus on reducing stress, revitalizing energy, assisting with weight management, and strengthening athleticism. Take a look at each Journey’s highlighted benefits and see what resonates with you the most.

Don’t worry if you miss a day. Life happens! Every week during your 13-day Program you get a day off dedicated to rest. It allows you to review, refresh, or just simply catch up. If you miss a weekly Live Zoom session, they will be recorded and available to watch later.

No prior experience is necessary. The Program is designed to accommodate individuals of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Regardless of your level, you will be able to find something to challenge you physically and mentally.

Absolutely. Study Yoga can improve flexibility over time, regardless of your starting point. The program provides a roadmap of stretches and poses to gradually increase your flexibility.
Study Yoga Paths are generally suitable for ages 17+. If you have specific health concerns or medical conditions, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
