These mold to your body while providing firm support. The buckwheat filling really feels nice! The set is great for seated meditation and essential for supporting your body during a relaxing nidra. The long narrow bolster can be used under the elbow to support and align your arms during a Nidra (might want 2 of these) prop your legs with the large bolder, and use the oval for extra height. The square meditation cushion is great for seated meditation, and support for under the knees during floor work.
